Return Policy

We are happy to offer convenient and generous returns policy to our customers.

Considering the intimate nature of our products, and all required Health and Safety hygiene, we will gladly accept the return of an item, provided that it meets with all of the following conditions:

  • The Product is not from underwear categories (This includes Bras, Panties, Shapewear, Bath Sets, Wrap sets and Slippers).
  • The Product to be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery, the customer will have to pay the cost of the returned orders.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of your order just in case it is defective, or of bad quality according to the original method of payment (credit card or Paypal account), if the order was placed using cash on delivery, we will provide you with a shopping voucher as a refund with the same value of the returned order. We cannot facilitate refunds to a third party. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.

How to return your order

You will receive a unique return label to be attached to the order you wish to return.

Please note:

  • A return request must be created within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Any unauthorized order returned to the warehouse will be returned to the sender.
